As Vice President of Corporate Development Zach leads NNA’s evaluation and execution of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic initiatives.
While previously with DaVita and Optum, Zach took on increasing levels of responsibility in network development, financial analysis, due diligence, and acquisition integration. He has varied experience partnering with medical practices as they transition to value-based care arrangements, efficiently scale operations, and incorporate new ancillary services.
Zach holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Brown University and a Master of Liberal Arts in Management Extension Studies from Harvard University.
